On Tuesday 07th January 2025, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that the PSL 10 Player Draft rescheduled. This news is circulating through a press release on its official website & social media accounts that the date & venue of the PSL 10 Player Draft had been rescheduled.
Initially, the PSL 10 player draft was announced to take place on 11th January 2025 in Port City of Gwadar, Baluchistan but the schedule for a player draft of HBL PSL 10 has been revised and now the HBL PSL-10 player draft will take place in Hazoori Bagh, Lahore on Monday 13th January 2025. The live broadcast of the HBL PSL 10 Player Draft will start at 12:30 PST.
The decision to shift the player draft of Pakistan Super League season 10 from Gwadar to Lahore is taken due to unforeseen logistical issues. The management of the Pakistan Cricket Board & Pakistan Super League was very keen & enthusiastic to announce Gwadar as the host for the PSL 10 player draft.
Unfortunately, unforeseen logistic issues led them to change the PSL player draft venue. Promoting cricket in Baluchistan was the reason for hosting the player draft in Gwadar. The other reason is to promoting the Port City of Gwadar in the world through the Pakistan Super League Player Draft.

The Pakistan Super League has unveiled the official hashtag of the PSL 10 player draft. #DECADEOFHBLPSL is the official hashtag for a player draft of HBL PSL 10 2025. PCB and PSL management have advised all media houses to use the #DECADEOFHBLPSL hashtag in their bulletins, news stories, and write-ups.
HBL PSL 10 2025 Trophy Tour
The trophy tour of the HBL PSL 10 2025 is scheduled to start in March 2025 and the PSL 10 trophy tour will now feature the Port City of Gwadar as a significant location on routes of the PSL-10 trophy tour across Pakistan.
The 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League is scheduled to take place between 08th April 2025 and 19th May 2025 in Pakistan. All six PSL franchises are busy in making their strategies to pick players in the PSL 10 player draft to strengthen their squad as some of the big names have already registered themselves for the player draft.
The registration window for player draft of PSL 10 for overseas cricketers is now closed. The player retentions are already announced by all the franchises ahead of the Pakistan Super League Player Draft 2025.
