The PCB Confirms Local Player Category Renewals for HBL PSL 11 for 89 local players ahead of the upcoming 11th edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League (HBL PSL). The renewals include promotions, retentions, and team-wise allocations that will guide the squad formations of the upcoming season.
The first-ever HBL PSL Player Auction will take place on 11 February 2026, following franchise retention procedures. The registration date for foreign players has been extended to 3 February by the PCB.

Five Players Promoted to Platinum Category
The standout update is the promotion of five players to the Platinum category:
- Salman Ali Agha (Pakistan T20I captain)
- Sahibzada Farhan
- Mohammad Nawaz
- Hasan Ali
- Abrar Ahmed
Among these, Sahibzada Farhan moved up from the Gold Category, while the other four were previously in the Diamond Category.
